Embedding YouTube Videos, New Brewboard Feature Options

A new feature has been added to the Brewboard that allows you to embed YouTube videos within a post, rather than just linking to them. The way it works is that a new tag has been created: the youtube tag. To embed a video, enclose the ID of the video within the youtube tags. For example, if there is a video on youtube at the following URL, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RvPHdNVdGpk, you would enclose RvPHdNVdGpk within the tags like this:

Which would embed the video within your post like this:



Alternatively, for the typing impaired, you can click on the Insert Special Item dropdown in the editing form then scroll down to YouTube. This will open a box into which you can paste the video ID. It will automagically insert the tags for you.

The video will not automatically start playing. It will only start when you click on the play button. Note that this will not work with any videos other than youtube. Also remember that videos you embed or link to fall under the same PG-13 restrictions as any other post.
