Friday is Halloween and a good day to brew. Brewing a Roggenbier, the timer will kick off at 7:00 AM turning on the electric HLT. So DJ get out the door to the job and pay in some more SS. Need a check for next month (IMG:style_emoticons/brewboard/devil.gif)

Trying the recipe that was in BYO Oct. issue. Only thing that I will change is the pellet hops to leaf. Lost a friend that did a bang up job on the Roggenbier so this brew is for you Kenny.

Brewing this Sunday and making a Midas Touch clone. Gotta finally rake up the leaves that I have been ignoring for like 3 weeks now and do some yard work so only 1 brew session this week.

Sucks, sucks, sucks. I've been planning an APA brew for today for 2 weeks. I even ordered Freshops to arrive yesterday in anticipation for the brew. Then found out last week the house I rent is being FORECLOSED and have to move out. So, all the planning and saving of money for the brew has now been re-allocated into a new place.

Not sure when the next brew will be now!!!! (IMG:style_emoticons/brewboard/mad.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/brewboard/mad.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/brewboard/mad.gif)

Dan,
Maybe you could work out something with the bank and buy the house.
I mean, you're making the rent payments.

Adding a little salt to the cut

Seems a little light for a Roggenbier may have to adjust later in the mash

Brewed a PRE-Halloween BarleyWine last night..finished up around 1:15am.. So I think it counts as a Halloween brew!

Hoping to brew the NB ESB AG Kit on Sunday.. I ordered WhiteLabs and they sent me WYeast.. So..I think I'm going to be lazy and skip a starter and just smack the pack on Brewday.
