Kicked off my Vendetta IPA this afternoon. This is my third brew by myself. Finally got my calculations right. I've been shorting myself on sparge water amounts and final amounts in the boil kettle. Sparge was on point, final amount in boil kettle was right on as well. Boiling as I type. Adding Magnum hops at my predetermined intervals (IMG:style_emoticons/brewboard/rolf.gif) Should be an interesting brew. Hopefully pretty strong. Color was right where I wanted too.

Anybody else brewing for the fourth?

Cheers to it (IMG:style_emoticons/brewboard/cheers.gif)

Congrats..

Thinking of waking up early tomorrow(4th) and brewing either a simple Mild or a Kolsch. I've got the ingredients for both already but I'm a little nervous about the Kolsch Ferm temp control. I will be submerging the Primary in a Tub of water and leaving it down on my basement floor.
