I am getting ready to take my first batch of hard apple cider out of the primary and would like to flavor the 4 gallons with raisins and cinnamon.
Can anyone help on amounts and prep?

Try about 1 cup of raisins and 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon. I hear cloves are a good addition as well.

Did you put any tannins in your initial recipe? If you did a more experienced brewer may have better advice.
