Here is a recipe for a mead I call Le miel du diable vert

Ingredients
------------
0.75 oz Wormwood (Made into a tea)
1.00 oz Wormwood (Primary 90.0 days)
12.00 lb Honey ( Primary)
1 Pkg Red Star Cote des Blanc Wine yeast ( Primary )
0.25 oz Wormwood (Secondary 90.0 days)
12.00 lb Honey ( Secondary )
1 Pkg White Labs Super High Gravity Ale ( WLP099) yeast ( Secondary )

Bring 1.5 gallons of water to a boil In a rolling boil add .75 ounces of wormwood boil for 30 minutes Let air cool in cold room if you can, to between 70 to 80 degrees F. Place a cover over wort to keep out anything that may get in to it, if need be. Place 1 ounce of dry wormwood, 12 pounds of honey, 3.5 gallons of water in carboy. Stir until honey and wormwood is mixed in to water. Add cooled wort, and Red Star Cote des Blanc let ferment for 90 days. After 90 days add 12 more pounds of honey and Super High Gravity Ale ( White Labs #WLP099 ) yeast let ferment for 90 days. Bottle and age for 12 weeks at 68 degrees F. It should be noted mead base during Primary Fermentation will be a dark green color.

Dude, you're really into wormwood, aren't you?! Have you made this recipe? If so, how would you describe the outcome...
