Just brewed a big imperial red with a huge late hop schedule...BTW, the CDA turned out GREAT--tastes incredibly similar to 10 Barrel's Cynical CDA.

I just put wort into my new port barrel. 75 lbs of briess Pilsen light dme into 45 gallons of water, boiled with 2# Phoenix @ 9%aa. It's ferentig in a way I imagine a dampfbier would have been; Hef yeast, on cement in the coolest place possible, and periodically soaked. It like 100 here today.
