I'm taking an alt recipe and dry hopping the crap out of it with Nelson. First time using this hop, I've heard its pretty powerful stuff. What about everyone else?

I'm in between batches as I currently have a pseudo pilsner in secondary and an American amber ale in primary. Next week I plan to brew a double IPA with the third gereation of 1056 yeast.

Just put 5 gallons of Hops On Hand Pale Ale. I had some Cascade and Citra that were getting a little old, so wanted to use 'em up.

Kegged 10 gallons of blonde ale yesterday. First batch in a looooong time, good to be back on board. I will brew 10 gallons of APA when I get back from vacation. 20 gallons of homebrew is a beautiful thing. (IMG:style_emoticons/brewboard/smile.gif)

Need to update my sig, but currently drinking a nice Hefe...my first attempt at a German beer style, believe it or not! Came out pretty nice, although I need to control temps better...it's a bit of a bannana bomb (but still damn tasty!) Kind of like how quickly I could take that one from grain to glass... I'm planning a few more session strength ales soon to pick up my pipeline (APA, and probably another go at the Hefe), and get started on a couple of fall beers...been a few years since doing a pumpkin ale, so may get one of those going in the next couple weeks too...

I just bottled my Caramel Quadrupel/Belgian Strong Dark. I'm sitting on a chocolate bochet mead, and a ginger metheglin...I need to brew a bit of orange blossom varietal mead to blend with the ginger metheglin...

Of course I'll be brewing something on Mead Day...the "official recipe" this year is Tupelo traditional mead...I will do some sort of varietal mead, Tupelo or even Sourwood (if I can manage to get my hands on some), or as a default, the above mentioned orange blossom varietal.

The honest answer to this question for me is "Not Enough" but with twin on the way I am planning a "Babies Bathwater Brown" in honor of them. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks

I just finished a clone of Walking Man's Brown, wrapping up an ESB, have a North American pilsner (to replace cheap PBR types) lagering, and a dandelion wine aging in a carboy. Next up is a Munich Helles to be ready for Oktoberfest and a Baltic Porter to be lagered til I can't stand it and drink it up.
