What is the most you have ever mashed in a sankey keg? I have a recipe for 36 lbs but I am a little apprehensive. I also am not thrilled with the idea doing two mashes. I know I have had 32 lbs before but am wondering if 36 will mork. Using mostly munich and pilsner

At 1.25 qt/lb you should be fine...that would put you right about the 14.5g mark. It will be tight but should fit. Do you have HERMS or RIMS? Because I would think direct heat could be a real problem. Also, adding a couple lbs of DME to the boil would allow you to drop some weight from your grain bill.

Your brew day may be made easier, and more efficient it you sub dme for a portion of you base malt.
