I was going to make a Berliner Weisse this weekend but the brew shop didn't have the lactobacillus so I'm going to try alittle experiment. A couple of weeks ago I made 15 gallons of sauer kraut. I am going to try pitching abit of kraut in my secondary. Any comments or suggestions
