I guess it depends alot on how far along the ferment was. If you hadn't even pitched the yeast yet, prognosis probably isn't good. If it was fully fermented and you were taking a gravity reading before bottling, you're probably ok.

I figure you don't really have anything to lose by letting it go. If it's bad you can just as easily dump it then as now. If it's good, drink up. It's not so gross if it's your own kid, IMO. I don't know if you've got a boy, but if anybody has changed a baby boy's diaper regularly and never gotten a stream of pee either in or very near their mouth, they're really lucky. I typically dry baby diaper but my kids have grown up so I have had to resort to poop bags from the pups. Based on dog food ingredients the protein levels concern me. Thoughts?
