I am not sure who Bridget is, but her beer is outstanding. I really enjoyed this saison, and got many compliments from my friends. I am definately brewing this one again.

I actually drank the last bottle of my first batch Friday night.
It was a bit sweet. Juicey Fruitish. Spices came throught well. Had some horseyness to it also. Light on the bitterness. I mashed it way too hight so was pretty full bodied. |
