I am not sure who Bridget is, but her beer is outstanding. I really enjoyed this saison, and got many compliments from my friends. I am definately brewing this one again.

Well it took 3 weeks in the Primary, 2 in the secondary, and 3 in the bottle, and it was WELL worth the wait. I've never had a Saison before, but I will definately continue brewing this. I used the extract kit and only did a partial boil. There is no 'extract twang' to it at all.
