I am not sure who Bridget is, but her beer is outstanding. I really enjoyed this saison, and got many compliments from my friends. I am definately brewing this one again.

You know, I can't be too descriptive about color, body and hints of this and that, but I can say all those who drank it agreed it had something a little extra in it. I clocked it at about 6.5 percent but it was something else - you know how when you drink some brown liquor after it's been a while, and something seems to shift in your head - kinda like that. Keg lasted 2 weeks. Great Labor Day cookout beer.
Beware though - it made my GF want to have annoying relationship talks. Cheers - |
