I am not sure who Bridget is, but her beer is outstanding. I really enjoyed this saison, and got many compliments from my friends. I am definately brewing this one again.

Charles,
Both Wyeast and White Lab's Saison yeasts are notoriously slow. You shouldn't need to add any more yeast. Just swirl your fermenter to wake the lazy little guys up and put them back to work. Don't transfer this beer until it hits below 1.020. (IMG:style_emoticons/brewboard/cool.gif) |
