I think I had more "B" wheats than any other person from the years 1998-2000.

I truly hold this as my commercial grail as far as american wheat beers go. Nice pour. Hazy beer with below average head retention. Clean taste, not crisp though. A bit fruity....not too much. Carbonation a bit low......works well for this beer. Aroma is fruity with a hint of hops, not much. The taste is at first "grainy", then fades to a nice blend of malt with a touch of bittering. The taste lingers a good while for a wheat......but when the taste is just right then who cares??

Great Wheat. Maybe too fruity for some. Chicks like it with some lemon (don't do it)

I give it a 9.

Blvd Wheat, for me, is one of those beers that you drink at a place that has no real beer selection. You know, like Sam Adams. It drinkable, and pretty refreshing, but not really anything to get excited about.

They do sell this at Royals games. It does tast pretty good at a ball game.

I agree with the above. This beer pretty much defines the category American Wheat to me, and yet (at the same time), when I drink it, I immediately see past it to what American Wheat could be.

Still, I'd much rather drink this beer than the most famous Missouri-based beers.

Tastes better now. Little sweeter. Out of the tap it is tasteless and bottled is better.
