I stumbleed upon this cider on a recent trip to the Philadelphia area. It comes in a champagne bottle with a plain beige label with red writing. "Cidre Bouche Brut de Normandie 2003 Elienne Dupont..blah blah unfiltered, unpasterized cider 6% alc. vol.,". This stuff is fantastic. Dry but with a slight residual sweetness, very bubbly. It has lambic qualities with a slight barnyard taste. On my next visit to Philly I'll be picking up a case of this stuff if I can find it. (the big licquor store behind the cherry hill mall had it for about $7 a bottle). This is by far the best commercial cider I have ever had.
