This is a good Belgian Wit

I have made this beer probably 6-7 times now. The last couple batches I have been playing around with the orange peel & corriander additions. Definietly a fun beer to brew/drink.

How favorably does this compare to Sam Adam's Summer Ale? I'm not looking for a clone per se, but something to compare it to before I make the plunge for 5 gallons....

I have not yet made the all-grain recipe, but the extract version blew Blue Moon out of the water.....no comparison! The extract recipe ended up a bit heavier ond more cloying than Hoegaarden.....think I'll try an all-grain batch to see how it fares.

Sam adams White beer is horrible compared to this. Shouldn't even be in the same cat.

This beer has some great fruit profiles. Wonderful beer that should be enjoyed by all.
BREW SOME UP!

I think this is a good beer, better than both Blue Moon and Hoegarden.
