Brewed up the Abbey Normal, at the wife's request. She's a fan of Belgian's, but I'm pretty sure she just liked the name. We both had the same response when tasting:

"I'm absolutely sure it tastes like it's supposed to, but I'm not a big fan of it."

Very spicy, bites a little. Anybody brew this one up? I would love to hear your review. I think I might get this out of the keg and into bottles for a little cellar time.

I made 10gal of this about 6 weeks ago and was struck by the esters when I transferred to the kegs. Upon the advice of this board, I cold conditioned at 45F for a month.....it's really coming around now.....almost sweet and estery up front with a bone dry finish that leaves me wanting more. Next time I make it I'll drop the corriander a bit.
