When I first kegged this batch it was decent - hops over powering to say the least. None the less - it was wonderful.

I have had that keg on tap "lagering" for about 2-3 weeks now and it is getting better and better by the day! I think next time I will lager for a month or so prior to tapping/drinking.

Cheers (IMG:style_emoticons/brewboard/cheers.gif)

I bought this recipe for my dad to brew (extract). I thought it tasted okay however he thought it was the greatest tasting beer known to man. I gave it an 8.

I was going to brew the all-grain at the same time he brews the extract so we could compare. I'll post if we ever get around to doing this.
