Looking to make a nice dry basic stout.

How much Would you use per 5 gallons ?

Roasted barley:
Flaked Barley/oats:
Chocolate malt:
Black Patent:
Med Crystal 60°:

Roasted barley:1 lb
Flaked Barley/oats: 2 lbs
Chocolate malt: 0.5 lb
Black Patent or Carafa III dehusked: 1lb
Med Crystal 60°:0.75 lb

Black patent has no place in a dry stout IMO. I would use 1lb roasted barley, 1-1.5lb flaked barley and 0.25lb crystal 60L. Add 2-row to get to an OG of 1.045 and add 45IBU at 60min with EKG hops.
