Hey All:
Just wondering if anyone has a decent FUller's ESB clone (Extract w/ grains or AG). I've been looking through my files and on the Internets and haven't found a recipe that "seems right". Any help? I'm doing a bitter (about to mashout) using that recipe along with a half-pound each of flaked wheat and caramelized brown sugar. Should clock in around 1.046. EKG, Fuggles, Willamette. And CL-210 from a slant. Going to serve it on the engine at the Christmas party. Yum.
