I just noticed that the linked pictures in the FAQ files (and presumably elsewhere, if there are any) don't work anymore. Clicking returns the following message:

Keith - I believe this has to do with the "Convert IPB 2.1.x 'Photos' to IPB 2.2.x 'Member Profile Photos'" tool in Clean-up - I don't know if it works for you also. However, it may be the "Rebuild Attachment Data" in Recount/Rebuild. Just never run the remove orphaned tools until you have completely converted and recounted/rebuilt everything. I did that on my board and lost all uploaded photos.

I think that is fixed now, thanks to psolio!! I ran the rebuild tools, and then just checked one of the FAQs with photo attachments. The thumbnails and full size pictures all worked in the one I checked.

I just tried to access a FAQ linked pic, and it gave me the error people were getting before.

Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.
The error returned was:

It may work for mods and admins, but not for the hoi polloi.

Can you tell me exactly what FAQ (url or title)?

Thanks!

Keith -- I just tried the first four or five FAQs in the beer forum and got the same message as Japhmi did. All of them appear to be FUBARed.

Also, there are a lot of funny symbols inside the FAQs now -- maybe where the embedded links were before? It looks like in a lot of the FAQs, all the links are at the end of the thread instead of being embedded like before.

OK... NOW I believe it really is fixed. I found a new "permission" setting for downloads, and enabled it. Before the change, I could not see the images when I was logged out (as a guest), but after the change I could.
