Did anyone pull the trigger on this one? I just put it on my schedule to brew again and was wondering if anyone else brewed and enjoyed?

Sounds like something I may want to try late in my rehab from hip surgery. I may try 5 gal. on some belgian yeast aka stone vertical epic. Yum, Belgian wheat wine. (IMG:style_emoticons/brewboard/devil.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/brewboard/devil.gif)

I am thinking about brewing this soon, but I'm still unsure about what yeast to use. Any recomendations?

Appreciate comments and thoughts on the recipe below which is a derivative of Jimvy's Big Ass Wheatwine. Reason for the modifications is that I have a bunch of extra uncrushed grains that I need to use. Again, appreciate anyone's suggestions.

Batch Size (Gal): 5.00 Wort Size (Gal): 6.00
Total Grain (Lbs): 19.00
Brewhouse Efficiency: 70%
Wort Boil Time: 90 Minutes

% Amount Name Origin
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
3.00 lbs. Pale Malt(2-row) Great Britain
6.00 lbs. Maris Otter (I could also do all MO and leave out the 2-row)
10.00 lbs. Wheat Malt UK
0.50 lbs. CaraVienne Malt Belgium
1.00 lbs. Aromatic Malt Belgium
0.50 lbs. CaraMunich 60 France

Hops

Amount Name Form Alpha IBU Boil Time
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
1.00 oz. Nugget Pellet 13.00 36.9 60 min.
1.00 oz. Centennial Pellet 10.50 29.8 60 min.
1.00 oz. Centennial Pellet 10.50 22.9 30 min.
2.00 oz. Cascade Pellet 4.40 12.4 15 min.
2.00 oz. Cascade Pellet 4.40 9.0 10 min.
2.00 oz. Cascade Pellet 4.40 5.0 5 min.
2.00 oz. Cascade Pellet 5.75 2.8 2 min.

Yeast
American Ale - I have a pumpkin ale on this yeast right now and was planning on washing the yeast and repitching it for this WW.

Thank you all in advance.
