Please be aware that the site owner, administrator and moderators have unanimously agreed to add a new rule to the Official Brewboard Policies.
10. Please be discreet with any discussion of current illegal activity. We do not wish to incur any liability, nor do we wish to make any member uncomfortable with discussion or images of your latest bag, ongoing tax evasion, home distilling, etc. This should be fairly self-explanatory but if there are any questions, please feel free to contact a moderator or ask for clarification in the Brewboard Info forum. Our intent is not to restrict discussion of topics such as the decriminalization of marijuana but rather to protect the owner of the site from potential liability resulting from open discussion of illegal activities. Thanks in advance for your cooperation. |

You would think that such a rule would be unnecessary. However, that being said apparently it is needed. It is a simple case of, if we could police ourselves then there would be no problem. Sort of makes you wonder.
