I brewed this one on New Years Day. I added about 4cups of coffee that was left over from breakfast. I keg conditioned and carbed naturally for 2 months in the crawlspace with the sugar in the kit. I intended to drink this sooner, but I have been travelling like crazy for work.

Mmmmm good. Will be a big hit on St. Pat's day.

If you ever use this kit make sure you let it sit for a long time in bottles. It is well worth the wait.
